Showing your team, you appreciate everything they do can go a long way when it comes to developing a greater working relationship and boosting your remote team’s morale. It can be lonely working from home alone, and for those more suited or even used to working in a busy office environment, this change may not be welcome.

Being able to make sure they have everything they need while working away from the office can help them not to feel so detached from what is happening in your company.
